RE: GRANTING OF FINANCIAL AMNESTY OF FORMER AFFILIATE ORGANIZATIONS WHO WILL REGISTER DURING THE 2018 PCCNSW AGM

Please be advised that with the objective of encouraging former members to renew their membership with PCC, it has been resolved and endorsed by the Board that a financial amnesty be granted to all organizations that would register for PCC’s 2018 Annual General Meeting scheduled for  March 25, 2018.

Pursuant to this, an organization could  participate in the Annual General Meeting, without being required to pay any overdue or unpaid bills other than the current registration fee of $50.

The amnesty however precludes an organization from voting at the election of officers as mandated by Section 31.5 of the Constitution, which states :

” At least 6 months membership in the Council will entitle a member or its proxy to vote at the election of office bearers and directors.

For your information and guidance.

Kind regards,

Serna Ladia

President -PCC NSW
